The City Resolution Option
Cities that have a Town or City Council may prefer that rather than putting the C3 Resolution up for popular vote, they will evaluate the approach and produce a resolution of support for Carbon Cash-Back for the City. Rather than collect signatures, the C3 Town Champion can work directly with a few Councilors, then present the request to the Council. See bit.ly/ccb-resources for material to share, and ask the C3 steering committee for help if you like (see 'Join Us').
